What defines a great Realtor? The Process of Buying or Selling a Home isn't an exact science. Any realtor can sell a home, that is our job but the process in which we go about the transaction from beginning to end is what differentiates us from each other. List of traits I live by as a real estate professional. 
*Proactive, a competent agent a client can trust to look out for their needs and help them navigate through the process. Communication, communication, communication! It has become a lost art. There is no perfect transaction, but consistent and timely updates throughout the transaction to address the needs of both parties for a successful closing without the added stress.
